Salary; £30,000 - £50,000 + Uncapped commission + Excellent benefits

The role;

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment professional to build, progress and develop our Construction Division. Operating in both Permanent and Temporary markets we are looking for a 360 consultant to aid the development of our Construction desk. You will be given the tools and management to progress the desk in the direction you wish to go. We offer continuous training, progression opportunities and a generous salary with unrivalled commission. Main responsibilities;

• Identify, develop and manage client / business relationships.

• Carry out face to face client visits.

• Be involved with mature, team driven, management meetings to decide future and present plans for the desk

• Networking to build the Planet profile and desk opportunities.

• Advising on the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and building strong relationships with the candidate database.

• Managing the whole recruitment process through interview to offer and beyond.

• Developing junior members of staff to aid in your development and progress the Commercial desk

• Negotiating pay/salary and rates and finalising arrangements between clients and candidates.

• Offering candidate advice in line with the Planet values and vision.

• Assessing and advising the needs of candidates and clients alike.
