C# Developer

£35-45,000 per annum

Our client is looking for a C# developer to join their multi-disciplined team (C#, C++, PHP, Nav C/AL, SQL) working on exciting projects ranging from internal Line of Business applications to industry leading specialist software for their clients.

The successful candidate will need to work with the stakeholders to design new features for their code base, sometimes requiring an inventive approach to a problem. They are not looking for someone that can only work to a detailed spec, but take an initial idea through to a specification and then completed feature update within a short period of time.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have been working as a developer within a small team, have the ability to understand a multi language development environment and work in a collaborative way with the team and stakeholders. They should also be comfortable talking to all levels of management within the business.

Required Skills

• Strong C# development skills

• Good SQL skills (T-SQL)

• Server / Client design experience

• Developer Mindset, not just a coder.

Desirable Skills

• C# Desktop Application development skills (Winforms)

• PHP, C++, embedded C/C++

• Understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, Firewalls, LAN, WAN)
